Network Health Earns Award Based Upon Employee Engagement
This award is meaningful to us as we continually work to increase the engagement of Network Health employees to better help us serve our members and customers.
“Network Health employees work together to create an environment that fosters a sense of community and belonging,” said Rema Momberg, vice president of employee experience at Network Health. “Our culture is connected through our core values and employee feedback is a key component to our success. This inspires an atmosphere of engagement and growth.”
To qualify for this honor, the organization must score at or above Stretch Performance at the 75th benchmarking percentile when measured against their industry, or the organization must improve five or more benchmarking percentiles in total company score over the previous research study. Network Health has distinguished itself by making a significant improvement in its last assessment.
“Employee Engagement drives Financial Performance,” said Dr. Jan West, organizational psychologist at NBRI. “This award is a result of Network Health’s dedication to measuring and improving their Employee Engagement.”
NBRI conducts customer, employee and market research for businesses, and ‘reads the minds’ of these human factors that significantly impact all organizations.
